Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

1. Transfer to Payment Systems

To process your order payment, we transfer the following personal data to our payment processor partners: full name, email address, phone number, order amount and identifier.

Payment systems that may receive your data: AlfaBank, ARCA Bank (for international payments). Data is transferred via encrypted TLS/HTTPS connection and processed in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

2. Transfer to Delivery Services

To fulfill your order, we share the following recipient data with courier services and postal operators: full name, delivery address (city, street, building, apartment, postal code), and contact phone number.

Delivery services use the received data solely for order fulfillment and may not use it for any other purpose.

3. Legal Basis

Transfer of personal data to third parties is carried out on the basis of the data subject's consent and for the purpose of executing the sales contract to which the Buyer is a party, in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation.

4. Data Protection

Third parties who receive personal data are obligated to maintain its confidentiality and must not disclose it without the data subject's consent, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
