1. This offer constitutes a public offer in accordance with Article 435 and Paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. This offer regulates the process of purchasing goods presented in the Atelier 16 Online Store, including payment, delivery, and return procedures.
3. The acceptance of this offer by the Buyer occurs at the moment of performing one of the following actions:
  - Placing an order on the Website;
  - Registering on the Website;
  - Making a payment for an order.
4. The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of this offer without prior notice to the Buyers. The new version of the offer comes into force upon its publication on the Website.
5. By providing their contact details (phone number, email), the Buyer agrees to the use of these communication channels for fulfilling obligations under this offer, including sending informational and promotional messages.
Subject of the Offer
1. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods specified in the catalog on the Website, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept them under the terms of this offer.
2. This offer applies to all goods and services available on the Website while they remain listed in the catalog.
Website Registration
1. Registration on the Website is available in the "Personal Account" section.
2. Registration is not mandatory for placing an order.
3. The Buyer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and placing an order.
4. The Buyer is responsible for the security of their account credentials (login and password) and must immediately notify the Seller in case of loss or unauthorized use.
Order Processing
1. The Buyer places an order by selecting products in the Website catalog, adding them to the "Cart," and providing necessary delivery and payment information.
2. The Seller may cancel an order if the selected products are unavailable, notifying the Buyer by phone or email.
3. If a prepaid order is canceled, the Seller refunds the Buyer the cost of the products using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Delivery
1. Delivery terms and costs are detailed in the "Delivery and Payment" section.
2. Products are delivered within the agreed timeframe to the address specified by the Buyer. The Buyer must ensure acceptance of the order.
3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the product passes to the Buyer upon transfer of the order.
Payment
1. Prices for products are listed in Armenian drams, euros, and rubles, depending on the delivery region.
2. The Buyer may select a preferred payment method from those available on the Website.
3. The Seller reserves the right to modify product prices unilaterally, but such changes do not affect already placed orders.
4. When paying for an order online in rubles, in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ, an electronic receipt will be sent to the specified email. Upon delivery, the courier will provide a sales invoice.
Returns and Exchanges
1. Return and exchange conditions are outlined in the "Returns and Exchanges" section.
2. Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
3. The Buyer may cancel an order before it is handed over to the delivery service.

Liability
1. The Seller is not responsible for damages caused to the Buyer due to improper use of the products.

2. The Buyer acknowledges that the Website may be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons.
3. All disputes under this offer shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
